Need more time? Just tell us before your return date and we'll add an extra week at your plan's discounted rate (see pricing above). If crates aren't returned and we haven't heard from you, a daily late fee applies instead:

Delivery and pickup are included in every plan within our core Portland zone. Outside that, a distance fee applies based on how far you are from our base at 5980 NE 37th Ave:

Need help carrying crates up or down stairs during delivery or pickup? Let us know at checkout — $10 per flight. Handling it yourself? No charge at all.
Every crate is numbered and checked at pickup, so you're only charged for what's actually missing or damaged.
We'll bring more. $4 per additional crate, plus a $25 re-delivery fee for the extra trip out.
