Delivery and pickup are free within our core Portland zone (0–10 miles from our base). Beyond that, a distance fee applies — see the full breakdown on our Pricing page.

Someone 18 or older should be there to accept delivery and hand off the crates at pickup. Can't be around? Let us know in advance — we can often work out a safe drop-off spot instead.

Just tell us before your return date and we'll add an extra week at your plan's discounted rate (see our Pricing page for exact rates per plan). If crates go unreturned without a heads-up, a daily late fee kicks in instead — also detailed on the Pricing page.

Cancel up to 48 hours before your delivery window at no cost. Inside 48 hours, a $40 cancellation fee applies. If the crates have already been delivered, cancelling instead carries a $75 restocking fee.

Every crate is cleaned and inspected after each rental. We take presentation seriously — your crates will arrive spotless.

Each crate is numbered and checked in at pickup. A $20 fee applies per lost or damaged crate, and $50 per lost dolly — you're only ever charged for what's actually missing.

Nope. Our crates come with secure, interlocking lids — no tape, no assembly, no cardboard to break down afterward.

We're a door-to-door service — crates get dropped at the nearest accessible point outside your home (driveway, garage, or unit door). We don't carry items inside.

Stairs happen. If you'd like us to carry crates up or down a flight during delivery or pickup, it's $10 per flight — just flag it at checkout. Handling it yourself costs nothing extra.

We'll bring more. Just reach out during your rental — additional crates are $4 each, plus a $25 re-delivery fee for the extra trip.

Yes — acrylic labels are included at every plan so you can tag rooms or contents as you pack. Need extras? Just ask when you book.
